1. What type of hair do you sell?

We offer 100% virgin human hair in natural brown shades (1B, 2, and 4). Because each bundle comes from a unique donor, tones may vary slightly from dark to light brown. Our hair can be bleached, dyed, cut, straightened, or curled.

2. What is the weight of each bundle?

Each bundle weighs approximately 3.4–3.7 oz (100 grams).

3. How much hair do I need?

• 12–16 inches: 2–3 bundles
• 18–24 inches: 3+ bundles
• 26–30 inches: 4+ bundles
• 30 inches & up: 5+ bundles

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 24–72 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.

5. Can I customize my order?

Yes! Our wigs can be made glueless with adjustable bands, added combs, and/or lace cut upon request.

6. Do you offer classes?

Absolutely. We host wig-making classes where you’ll learn how to create a custom machine-made wig 

7. Where are classes held?

Classes are held in select cities, including Atlanta and Chicago. Dates and registration details are posted on our website and social media.

8. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. No refunds are offered. Please measure your head before ordering custom wigs to ensure a perfect fit.

 

9. Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Custom wigs normally take up to 14 business days. For faster service, a $100 rush fee (plus shipping) applies.
