Wig Customization

Transform your brand-new wig into a flawless, ready-to-wear unit. With our customization service, you supply the wig and we handle the rest—bleaching the knots, plucking the hairline, and styling it to perfection.

Turnaround Time:

• Local Orders: 5–7 business days
• Out-of-Town Orders: 7–14 business days after receiving your wig (shipping time not included)
  Once your unit is complete, you will receive tracking information.

The Process

Pay for the Service

Local customers will receive drop-off details after purchase.
Out-of-town customers must ship their wig to us.

Ship Your Wig
You’ll receive shipping instructions after purchase.
Be sure to get a tracking number from your carrier.

Email Tracking
Send your tracking number to fabluxurious@gmail.com (reply to your order confirmation email or send separately).

Email Your Wig Inspiration
If you have a specific look in mind, send an inspiration photo along with your name and order number to fabluxurious@gmail.com.

Customization
Once your wig is received, we’ll bleach the knots, pluck the hairline, and style it to your preference.

Shipping
When your wig is complete, we’ll ship it back and email you your tracking number.


Policies

• Wig must be brand new. Used wigs will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
• Processing time begins only after your wig is received.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• An authorization form must be completed before work begins.
